WE WORK WITH CREATIVES, INTERIOR DESIGNERS, PROPERTY DEVELOPERS AND ARCHITECTS ALL OVER JOHANNESBURG AND ABROAD.

OUR SERVICES

We offer, 3D visualizations from Still Images to VR.

3D Visualization

3D Visualisation is now an integral part of the interior design and architectural design process. 3D Visualisation (Also known as 3D CGI’s, 3D renders and 3D illustrations) can be used to build up concepts from scratch, help with design approval, landlord approval, stakeholder approval and planning. Once completed, 3D Visuals can then very effectively be used for various marketing, publicity and sales techniques.

3D Animation

3D Animation is the best way to fully visualise the space whether it be a fly through a proposed apartment showing the potential buyer the exact look and feel, a fly through a proposed restaurant or bar to ensure the right look and feel will be achieved, or a fly around a city regeneration project, or proposed resort complex.

Virtual Tours

3D Architectural visualization has now become much more advanced, approaching the latest technological advancements to present from 3D renderings to virtual tours.

Virtual Reality

Imagine walking around in your own design with the full freedom of looking everywhere, seeing everything and experiencing the space in real time. Seeing your design in real world scale and having the ability to interact with the space. Change the wall colors and the floor finish, swop out furniture pieces and even control the sun to show how the shadows and sunlight will affect your space. Anything is possible in Virtual Reality and we can create it for you.

IF I COULD SAY IT IN WORDS, THERE WOULD BE NO REASON TO PAINT.

OUR WORKFLOW

We work with a variety of clients in many different industries. Most are very familiar with the process of creating 3D renderings but for those who are new to the world of 3D below is a brief explanation of how our Architectural visualization process works.

STEP 1 - CLIENT BRIEF
Once contact has been made with us, we will arrange a meeting to discuss the scope of the project, requirements, vision and the project deadline. After all the information has been considered we then move onto the next step, project quotation
STEP 2 - QUOTATION
All of our quotations are subject to a 50% deposit before any work commences. Once the deposit has been paid we will then begin work, a project timeline will be allocated and the client will be kept up to date as each milestone has been reached
STEP 3 - 3D MODELLING
The Client will need to provide us with AutoCAD drawings so that we can begin the modelling process (measured hand drawings are also acceptable). If additional information such as site photography, 3D MAX, Sketchup, Revit or any other compatible 3D model data is available, we can use these to help speed up the modelling process
STEP 4 - PRE VISUALIZATION/WHITEOUT
Once the modelling is completed we then proceed to add lighting to the scene. We then, working closely with the client select the best camera angles to showcase the full potential of the space. White or "clay" Renders are done so that the client can get the true feeling of the space, we can then make adjustments to the lighting to portray different moods or times of the day. Once the client is happy with the visuals for e.g (Camera views, lighting) we will move onto applying materials and staging the scene.

STEP 5 - MATERIALS AND STAGING
Ideally we would prefer if our clients would supply us with their mood board or material samples so that we can accurately texture the scene. If this is not possible we shall source the appropriate materials and apply them to the scene
STEP 6 - PREVIEW
The client will be supplied with a draft render of the views that they have chosen. There are a limited amount of changes that will be acceptable before additional costs are obtained.
STEP 7 - FINAL RENDER
Once all changes have been completed and the final image have been approved by the client, we will proceed with the final render. The HD Render/Image will be delivered by Email, Dropbox, Wetransfer or Firefox send so that the client can download the image. The invoice for the balance of the payment will be submitted.
